84965AE020 ballast is factory fitted to Subaru cars with Xenon Headlights and D2S or D2R 35W gas discharge HID bulbs.

Koito 39000-20751 ballast comes with integrated bulb holder.

If your Xenon lights are blinking, shutting down or not turning on at all it could be that xenon headlamp ballast has failed.
