BMW Seat occupancy airbag sensor for BMW vehicles such as E36, E38, E39, E65, E53 X5, E83 X3, Z3, E85 Z4.

Airbag Passenger Seat Occupancy Sensor is a mat that is built into the seat that senses whether someone is sitting in the passenger seat and whether to deploy the airbag or not. It is a very important part of the airbag system.

If it is broken, the Passenger airbag is disabled, that's why it is very important to make sure that airbag system is working properly.

BMW bypass sensor is compatible with all BMW vehicles using 2 wire seat mat plug.

Installation is straight forward plug and play, once part is replaced an error will dissapear from on-board computer.
