63117304906 Driver Module is used on BMW F10, F11 Pre-Facelift (2010-2013) and F07 Gran Tursimo (GT) Pre-Facelit with Halogen Headlights using H7 bulbs.

LEAR HAL 7304906 TMS Driver Module is only compatible with Halogen headlamps.

Halogen Light ballast is direct replacement for LEAR module.

TMS ballast also known as headlight module is responsible for controlling vertical aim, Daytime Driving Lights aka LED Angel Eyes, front turn signal indicators on 5 series.

If you are getting red headlight icon error or headlight vertical aim failure error, you will need just to replace driver module, instead of buying expensive new headlight housing from BMW dealer.

7258278 headlight ballast module requires reprogramming only for BMW F07 GT Gran Turismo.
